I have to write a school speech on this subject and i need some . I’ve heard off soaking cotton wool in orange juice as one method but i need more. Any help would be great.

Give advice to people on how to lose weight

okay, so I know almost everything there is to know about losing effectively. I love to give advice to people on how to lose . Am I in good shape? Hellz no! I am 50 lbs overweight and 21 years old in college. I know all this stuff about losing , yet I cannot apply to myself. Why am I not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, cola, the list goes on. I am addicted to food, I eat when I’m not hungry because I crave the taste of it. I have asked for the strength to resist these temptations but to no avail. It seems hopeless that I will ever be average . I dont’ need advice per se…I need ways to become strong enough to resist my strongest temptations…any suggestions?

What In Your Opinion Is The Best Weight Loss Method?

I’ve been trying to look up ways for awhile to learn how to keep healthy and drop a few pounds. I’m going to be honest im not very heavy ( 160 ) and it isn’t really that bad. The reason im looking for this, is to become more self confident with myself and people around me. Any suggestions?

Can I Condition My Body To Need A Certain Amount Of Exercise In Order To Lose Weight?

I’ve been losing successfully (34 pounds since January), and naturally want to continue till I’ve reached my target . However, I’m about to travel to America for three months, and have a couple concerns. In addition to hoping I can continue controlling my eating habits as I have for the past 4ish months, I’m hoping to continue exercising regularly. I must!! However, realistically, I’ll be doing well if I manange an hour each day. Currently I actually have time to work-out twice a day for an hour. My question is: Have I conditioned my body to need so much movement each day in order to lose ? Even more than that, since I’d like to lose as much as possible before flying, I’d like to even increase my current exercise plan, until arriving Stateside… and most likely cutting to once a day. ’s that going to do to my body? to my ?
