What Is A Good Weight Loss Diet For Vegetarians?

Being a vegetarian for over 10 years, I now need to lose some of the weight i’ve put on in this time. Unfortunatly I must be eating an unblalance diet as i see plenty diets but most are for meat eaters none for us veggies. Any ideas for a good healthy Vegitarian weight loss program ?

    - Put down the: chips, deep fried food, candy and other veggie junk food.
    - Cut back on: rice and other grains.
    - Consider giving up dairy, it’s very fattening. I’ve actually lost weight just switching to soy milk.
    - Exercise more.

Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

The only diets you’re seeing “for meat eaters” are fad diets. You don’t want to do those anyway.
Just eat a well-rounded diet and exercise regularly. That’s it. That’s all it takes. Email me what you’re currently doing/eating and I’ll help you out.
