Dinner: a large ham, a jar of natural yoghurt

The third and tenth day

Breakfast: Black coffee and a piece of sugar, a bread

Lunch: adequate boiled spinach, a tomato, a fruit

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, a ham, lettuce mixed with olive oil and fresh lemon

The fourth and eleventh day

Breakfast: Black coffee and a piece of sugar

Lunch: a boiled egg, a large raw carrot, a small amount of liquid cheese

Dinner: 1 jar of fruit, a jar of natural yoghurt

The fifth and twelfth day

Breakfast: a large raw carrot mixed with a small amount of lemon juice

Lunch: a large piece of fish (preferably cod, baked or fried with a small amount of olive oil)

Dinner: 1 big steak (use a little olive oil to fry, add a small amount of salt and

pepper), lettuce mixed with olive oil and fresh lemon, boiled broccoli

The sixth and thirteenth day

Breakfast: Black coffee and a piece of sugar

Lunch: a major of chicken, lettuce mixed with olive oil and fresh lemon

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, a large raw carrot

The seventh day

Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar

Lunch: a cooked meat, a fruit

Dinner: eat nothing
