I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERYONE but here is what I did. I went on a protein diet where I ate nothing but steak, hamburgers, shrimp, bacon, eggs and cheese. Anything having to do with protein I ate. Needless to say I had with drawls ans often felt like fainting. Plus I was backed up for a week. LOL.. I also ran 4-5 Miles a day, but after 2 weeks I took plastic bags and placed them under my clothing along with a waist belt. I lost tons of water weight. I continued doing a combo of these things for 3 weeks and lost 25 lbs. However my cholesterol was off the charts and often felt chest pains. But I passed my height and weight test. The military can sometimes be crazy. Consult a doctor before doing any crazy weight loss.

You already know what to do. Quit eating junk food, start eating a proper diet, turn off the computer, get up off your butt and get some exercise. Either that or go get your jaw wired shut so you can’t eat anything but liquids.
No need to rush the process. Jobs are a bit hard to come by right now so why not take the time to diet and exercise slowly and safely?
Drink only water and walk/run every day.
Go jogging, put a sweat shirt on and burn some carbs!
