How Can I Lose Weight Really Fast?
I want to lose weight fast. How much weight do you think I can lose in 3 months? How many pounds can i lose a week? What should i do to lose weight? I can’t go to the gym or buy any products to help me lose weight. What exercises should i do, and what foods should i eat?

Eat Enough Vegetables
Vegetables can play a huge role in helping an individual lose weight without dieting. This is because vegetables are very low in calories, especially green, leafy vegetables like spinach, kale and greens. Individuals can eat as many vegetables as they want in a day’s time without damaging their ability to lose weight. There are a few exceptions, of course, with potatoes and corn which are starchy vegetables and have more calories. Step 1:Eat more frequently. Three meals a day is the norm, but it always helps you to gain weight. The long intervals between breakfast, lunch and dinner put your body into starvation mode. This leads to a lower metabolism as teh body tries to reserve the food you have already eaten. But by eating small meals every 3 to 4 hours your metabolic rates stays high. You can actually eat more and still lose weight.Step 2:Drink more water. One quick weight loss tip is to drink a glass of water before every meal. Step 3:Eat fewer carbohydrates and fat. Step 4:Be physical active. Exercise is a great way to burn fat. But if you hate to exercise you can just walk more often or use the stairs instead of the elevator. Step 5:Eat mostly fruits and vegetables.
Start drinking lots of water. Atleast 60 oz a day.
Get active. (Walk, run, jog, sports, stairs)
Start eating soups once a day.
No more: junk food, sweets, fast food, sugars, sodas (this alone will take off 10lbs.)
If you don’t want to do these things…you don’t want to lose weight bad enough.
well i don’t know if this will help, but because i’ve been doing this, i’ve lost 7 pounds so far. what i do is, i train myself to eat every four hours, meaning at 12pm – 4pm – to 8pm. and little snacks in between. i’m a member of a calorie watch website at About.com, which really helps because it grades when i drink and eat.
as for exercises. i’ve been walking around my neighborhood for an hour while listening to music on my Mp3 player ( i live in a coltisac, however you spell it and walk around that) i also do some Jane Fonda Aerobic tapes.

You can’t lose weight any faster than you put it on and do it in a healthy manner or in a way it will stay off. Why the rush? It’s totally unrealistic.
