How Do You Lose Weight Fast And Efficiently?

I’m 13, 5′7 (shoe size of 13, totally irrelevant), but I already weigh around 77kg. I think I weigh a bit over, is there anyways I can and will not gain it back fast. Or at least, is there anyways I can make myself look skinner.

    Run, Jump Rope, Bike, and drink lots and lots of water.
    Jog/Run about 300 yards, and Sprint 50 yards
    Jump rope for about a good 20 minutes or so
    -if you can- take a bike ride, try to keep in a low gear so youre always pushing!
    during your workout, you should be sipping water and gurggling and spitting water.
    at the end of the workout, slam a few cups of water.
    When you eat, eat high protein, medium carb’s, and low calorie foods. Subway is a great place! :D
    *Make sure to stretch!*
    do a short warm up before stretch.
    the workout maybe takes an hour a day, and youll drop weight like nothing.

    There are many great ways to lose weight. Diet programs can be really great if you choose the right one.     You’re going to gain it back if you don’t keep the habits that helped you lose it.
    Lower your carbs and consider it a lifestyle, include low-carb vegetables, don’t live on lard.

    Eat less and keep yourself occupied. That’s what I read somewhere.
