How To Lose Weight Fast By Exercising?
I weight 170 LBS and i need to lose about 40 LBS. I need tips from those of you out there that know how to exercise well by losing weights fast. What kinds of food do i need to avoid and what kinds do i need to eat. What sorts of exercise do i need to do at the gym etc..
Also, if you know any good diet pills out there, let me know.

Basically stick to cardio type excercises that get your heart rate up, lifting heavy weights will build muscle and muscle weighs heaps more that bodyfat. Thinks like bike riding (road or indoor excercise) are low impact and better for your joints.
Use smaller weights and do lots of reps, get sweating and puffing.
Food is equally important, try to eat more complex carbs like grainy breads, wholemeals,etc they keep you fuller longer and give long lasting slow release energy.
High protein food is good also, like eggs, white meats, fish is best of the meats. Get into the protein food after working out to repair your muscles, start out the day with a good breakfast, you still need energy.
Fruit is great for getting an energy fix before hitting the gym.
White bread, pasta and sugars are not the way to go.
Remember to drink lots of water the whole time too.
