How To Lose Weight Fast Without Any Type Of Exercise?

Is there anyway to without any type of exercise?Like im talking about like 20 pounds in about a month or so.I don’t have any time to do any form of exercise.

    Don’t! It’s really, really, dangerous to go on any type of diet. There are healthy diets, that are for your health and not your weight, and they help you lose a bit of weight, but other than that, don’t diet. The only healthy way is to do just a little bit every day, then work your way up. You’ll actually be surprised how much you can work exercises into your schedule when it’s only 30 – 60 mins a day.
    Also, sorry, but you need more than a month. You need, to lose 20 pounds healthily you need probly 2 or 3 months at least.

    After my boyfriend of five years broke up with me I lost 40 pounds in two months because I ate nearly nothing. An apple a day. That was pretty much it.
    Because of malnutrition my hair started to fall out and my period went weird.

    Losing weight isn’t rocket science. Just stop eating big portions….or in your case, stop eating all together.

    it’s not really possible to do that
    glamor.chick said to starve yourself…..well you could do that but as soon as you started to eat food again you would gain all of the weight back and more.
    Just eat better and drink more water and exercise. GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTT.
