French scientists’ lastest research shows that sleep is the most cost-effective way to lose weight.Because the regular sleep can not only solve the problem of excessive weight effectively,but also save a large number of money.
French scientists indagated a lot of residents in the country,the survey shows if a person only sleeps four hours a night for two days,the hormone responsible for hunger will be nearly doubled,and the hormones for regulating body’s fat and appetite will be reduced.
Scientists have stressed,Children lack of sleep lead to obesity becomes much worse.Because 92% of obese children are caused by lack of sleep.Scientists of Johns Hopkins University say that sleep even more than one hour a day,the incidence of children’s obesity will be 9 percentage points down.
