I’ve been trying to look up ways for awhile to learn how to keep healthy and drop a few pounds. I’m going to be honest im not very heavy ( 160 ) and it isn’t really that bad. The reason im looking for this, is to become more self confident with myself and people around me. Any suggestions?

    Unless there is a medical issue burning more calories than you consume is a surefire winner and healthy too!
