What Is The Best Weight Loss Tip?

I am 14, excersize alot, eat healthy, get all my fruits and veggies and all, but can’t lose the last 10-15 pounds, what is a good effective trick you know? *will appriciate any good excersize suggestions as well*

I disagree with most of the people answering so far. Research has shown that exercise has little effect on weight, and actually makes people eat more. A lot of advice you get about dieting is just passed on from one person to another without anyone really questioning the “common knowledge.”
The clues to getting to a healthy weight are to control your portion sizes and make sure each meal contains foods that are full of nutrition – with none of the foods like sugar and white bread and salty snacks that can make you crave more empty calories.
The best foods, believe it or not, are fatty fish, beef, lamb, coconut oil, and milk. Studies going back almost a century confirm it. Going on a low-fat diet will cause more problems than it solves, and you won’t be getting the essential fats (omega 3, CLS, etc.) that your body needs to regulate your weight.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

The formula for losing weight is simple – eat less food and exercise more – the problems arise when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the real world don’t you think?! The only method which clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was featured in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I lost thrity pounds, it clearly does produce results!

I have some health nut fanatic friends, they got a subscription to women’s health magazine. There’s nutrition facts in it, exercise workouts, and etc. They gave me a bunch, but it doesn’t do me any good cuz i’m a guy. Not a girl. Please don’t give them to your guy friends. Just tell him to subscribe to men’s health magazine and save him the trouble of reading some of the angsty articles and nutrition tips that don’t even apply to him. lol….
But anyways, the website also has some workouts too.
Work hard and I hope you get some results from it.

People that say eat less are partly wrong. You need to eat a lot of small portions. You should eat 4-6 times a day of healthy well balanced foods. Of course you already know that from your question. :) Someone here suggested green tea and I agree. You don’t have that much left to lose, change up your metabolism. You need to trick it.

Never Skip Breakfast. Eggs are great for weight loss, grab a plate and fill one side with vegetables, and the other side with one piece of protein, and one starch. Eat the veggies first, then the protein, by the time you get to the starch you will be pleasantly full.
